The One In A Million Gym Training Program is like no other. Our classes are set to meet the demands of YOU and YOUR SCHEDULE. With our flexible class times and having ALL classes offered 6 days a week we look to accommodate the busiest of individuals.
YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORKOUT ALONE AGAIN!!! Feel the benefits of a high intensity full body workout created just for you. Unlike other gyms, your fitness goals and priorities are OURS. Have our Professional Certified Trainers on hand to help guide you through your workout EVERYDAY!
With our flexible class times you can come in at anytime during the class, and stay for what ever duration of time your schedule allows, and get the full workout you are looking for. To simply put it, it is like having your own personal trainer available to you 6 days a week at one low cost.
How does a One In A Million Gym Membership Work?
Unlike other instructional class programs you have access to the gym like a regular gym membership as well as FULL ACCESS to classes 6 days a week. Come get on the treadmills, lift weights, hit the heavy bags on your own anytime during gym hours and stay for classes as you please.
What if I can’t attend classes’ everyday?
This training program is set for YOU the client. You can attend as many classes as you want a week, whether it is one day or all six days it is what your schedule allows. You can come in anytime during the class and get started when you want and stay as long as your schedule allows. We will make sure you are getting the workout you want in the timeframe that your busy schedule allows.
How much does it cost to become a Member?
It can not be any easier. NO CONTRACTS/ NO INITIATION FEES! Month to Month gym membership with all classes offered included in your monthly membership.
Adults: $50 a month
Children (5 and up) and Students Up to 12th Grade: $35 a month

WOMEN'S AND MEN’S BOXING FOR FITNESS
(Lose Weight, Tone Up and Learn Self-Defense)
Class Description:
A NO CONTACT high intensity full body boxing workout. Use the fundamentals of boxing to burn fat, lose weight, and tone up your entire body. Learn basic boxing skill sets and form for self defense tactics. Do all of the following with absolutely NO CONTACT involved. No experience needed. You can jump in at any time.
TRAIN LIKE A CHAMPION
(Same training program PRO's go through. Get in shape and learn to BOX! Develop and refine your boxing skill sets)
Class Description:
Boxing 101. Learn the fundamentals of boxing. In this class you will refine and perfect your combinations, offense and defense. Learn and master the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, work the focus mitts with your trainers and learn proper training techniques. Lots of jumping rope, lateral movement work and a grueling ab work out.
