BOXING FOR FITNESS - Lose Weight, Tone Up and Learn Self-Defense

1.5 hour sessions

Class Schedule:
Offered 6 days a week.

Class Description:
A NO CONTACT high intensity full body boxing workout. Use the fundamentals of boxing to burn fat, lose weight, and tone up your entire body. Learn basic boxing skill sets and form for self defense tactics. Do all of the following with absolutly NO CONTACT involved. No experience needed.

This Class is offered 6 times a week year round. You can jump in at any time.

Facility is complete with full locker room and shower area

TRAIN LIKE A CHAMPION

1.5 hour class
Same training program PRO's go through. Get in shape and learn to BOX! Develop and refine your boxing skill sets

Class Schedule:
Offered 6 days a week.

This Camp is offered 6 times a week year round. You can jump in at any time.

Class Description:
Boxing 101. Learn the fundamentals of boxing. In this camp you will refine and perfect your combinations, offense and defense. Learn and master the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, work the focus mitts with your trainers and learn proper training techniques. Lots of jumping rope, lateral movement work and a grueling ab work out.

Facility is complete with full locker room and shower area

MMA / SELF DEFENSE

Learn the self defense tactics to protect yourself in real life scenarios, through the same training used by Law Enforcement.

Class Schedule:
Wednesday Nights ONLY. 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Class Description:
Mixing boxing, ground fighting from Japanese Ju-Jitsu, as well as law enforcement survival tactics. We have combined the One In A Million boxing method with ground fighting skills to create a highly effective street self defense program that can be used by anyone regardless of their size or their athletic ability. Feel the empowerment of knowing how to defend yourself in real life situations. This class is instructed by a Police Officer who will teach you the fundamental skills that are used by the police in real life scenarios. Take this class and learn at your own pace and learn to engage at your comfort level.

PRIVATE LESSONS

1 hour sessions

$35.00 for one on one training
$50.00 for two on one training
$250.00 for package of 10/1 hour sessions INCLUDES 1 month FREE membership
(10 Class Package is set for a 2 month maximum period for use)

Two or more (For those of you who do like to share)
$25.00 per person

Class Description:
Private boxing training with a trainer

24 hour cancellation policy or else you will be charged for session
