

Tyree OrtizTyree began boxing under his father Richie Ortiz, who is the Chief Trainer for One In A Million in Big Bear, Ca at the age of 13 years old. Boxing has been a family tradition since his Great Grand Father was a former Navy Champion, to his Grand Father who was a professional fighter and trainer, and to his father who trains World Class Professional Fighters, to say it best boxing runs in his blood.
Tyree growing up in the high mountains of Big Bear, California had worked out in training camps amongst the greatest fighters and trainers in the World. Being surrounded by Champions like “Sugar” Shane Mosley, Fernando Vargas, Lennox Lewis, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Mike Tyson, Vince Phillips, Frankie Lyles, Johnny Tapia, Oscar De La Hoya, Lou De Valle, Andrew Golota, and Kennedy McKinney, a few memorable names of the greats that he had spent time with training over the years he gained great insight from this generation’s best.
He also spent time in those camps learning under some of the greatest minds in training philosophies in boxing. Studying under Coaches like Kenny Adams, Emmanuel Steward, Floyd Mayweather Sr., Roger Bloodworth, Billy Smith, Terry Stotts, Joe Chavez, Robert Garcia, Ronnie Hughes, and Jesse Reed.
Tyree was exposed to the best inside and outside of the ring of boxing throughout his lifetime and now he is working to fill the big shoes of the Generations before him to share his accumulated knowledge to help develop the future fighters of tomorrow. He currently serves as the strength and conditioning coach for One In A Million Fighters.
Carlos JonesThough Carlos started training at a young age he did not compete until his teenage years. His amateur career was cut short by a career ending injury, which also ended his promising wrestling and football careers. Before Carlos was forced to stop boxing in 1989 he finished 2nd in both the C.Y.O. and Chicago Golden Gloves losing only to World Championship Contenders Fres Oquendo (Golden Gloves) and Vaughn Bean (CYO). Carlos has developed into one of the youngest premiere trainers in the Chicago area. He is currently Chief Trainer for Professional top middleweight Michael "The Midnight Stalker" Walker and NABC World Lightweight Champion “Merciless” Mary McGee.
Matt EatonMatt has always had great interest in Martial Arts. He has attained a Second Degree Black Belt in Kempo Karate as well as earned a Black Belt Kempo Jujutsu. Matt took his knowledge and background in Martial Arts and applied it to his work place. He is a current police officer and has been serving since 1997, while working he integrated the knowledge for his Martial Arts training and served as Northwest Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Survival Tactics Instructor where he helped Law Enforcement Agents become better prepared for real life scenarios during altercations serving. Matt heads over the ground fighting and survival tactics elements of the training program, which he runs classes for training every Wednesday 7PM-9PM.
