Crouch is one of the freshest young faces on the One In A Million, Inc. roster. In his three fights, he has left nothing in the hands of the judges, as he has finished all fights since turning professional by knockout.
Crouch made his debut at the Gary SouthShore RailCats’ U.S. Steel Yard against Alonso Perdomo, but this wasn’t his first outdoor event. A week prior to making his professional debut, to test his skills Josh competed in his last amateur bout at the LaGrange Country Club.
"I took that fight just to see if I was ready," said Crouch of the amateur event. "I pretty much dominated him for those three rounds."
After that amateur fight, Crouch turned around and knocked out Alonso Perdomo near the end of the fourth and final round. "I can normally hear my wife during these fights, but with them in the stands I could only hear my corner," Crouch said.
"I was not nervous, just anxious," added Crouch. "I was just working off what he was doing and I wasn’t looking for a knockout, but if a knockout came." Crouch knocked Perdomo down twice with the knockout coming from a jab and right hook.
Crouch works in the same training camp as One In A Million Middleweight Michael "The Midnight Stalker" Walker and trains under Walker’s Coach Carlos Jones.
"Getting to work with Carlos and working alongside Michael has given me a real perspective on what things I have to do to reach Michael’s level. It is great to receive the exposure and experience while training that I get at the One In A Million Boxing Gym."

Crouch has had made himself successful in and out of the ring despite his tough times growing up.
As a youth, he and his friends would lace up the gloves in his backyard and just swing away not knowing that one day he would be getting paid to slug it out. “I just remember me and my friends putting gloves on in my backyard.”
He has had 18 amateur fights, which included entering the 2008 Golden Gloves before turning professional. “Josh is just a tough guy in every aspect of his life,” said Octavius James.
“He is incredibly talented and just has this instinct in the ring that is second to none,” James added. “Nothing has come easy to him in his life and he has worked for everything he has, you have to respect someone like that.”
“I just left it up to those around me,” said Crouch of turning professional. “Based on whether they thought I was ready, then that was going to be where the decision came from.”
Crouch is the oldest of three children, which include his brothers Jeremiah (22) and Jonathon (18). “They really support what I do and they have been to almost all of my fights.”
The talented powerhouse has his own construction company where
